Toepassingsgebied:
ESR-buizen bevatten een 3.8% gebufferde tri-natrium citraat-oplossing (0,129 mol/l) met de mengverhouding van 1-delige citraatoplossing tot 4-delig bloed. Ze worden gebruikt voor bloedverzameling en anticoagulatie voor sedimentatietest.


Gebruik:

1.Zorg ervoor dat de instructies en het label op de productcertificering in de verpakking aanwezig zijn.

2.Controleer of de vacuümbuis beschadigd, vervuild, gelekt of niet is.

3.Zorg voor het bloedvolume.

Gebruik één uiteinde van de bloednaald om de huid te prikken en de bloedverzamelbuis te doorboren met het andere uiteinde nadat het bloed is teruggekeerd.

5.Verwijder de bloednaald wanneer het bloed tot de weegschaal is gestegen, keer de buis 5-6 keer na het verzamelen om.

 

Opslagomstandigheden:
ESR  -buizen met vacuümdop voor eenmalig gebruik moeten in de relatieve vochtigheid worden opgeslagen om 80% niet te overschrijden, niet-corrosief gas, koel, ventileert goed, in de droge ruimte.
