PVC-Rohrproduktionslinie

CE-genehmigt 110-400mm Kunststoff PVC-Abwasserrohr Herstellung Maschine 80/156, mit GF-Serie Hilfsmaschinen, speziell für PVC-Rohr entwickelt, wird vor allem im Bereich der landwirtschaftlichen Wasserversorgung, architektonische Wasserversorgung, Pflaster von Kabeln, etc. Verwendet.

Der Hauptkegelförmige Doppelschneckenextruder der Serie SJZ ist speziell für PVC-Pulver zur Rohrform konzipiert. Die Schraube hat Öl Kühlsystem angewendet, Zylinder wird durch spezielle Windkühlsystem gekühlt, Computersteuerung.

Die vertikale Mischeinheit der SRL-Z-Serie kombiniert Wärmemischung und Kühlmischhandwerk zusammen, dann nach dem Wärmemischen können die Materialien in den Kühlmischer für die Kühlung automatisch gebracht werden, entlüftet verbleibende Gase und verhindert Agglomeration.

Der optimierte Design-Vakuumbehälter ist in 3-D-Richtung verstellbar, der Tank und das Wasserrohr sind aus Edelstahl gefertigt, sie sind stabil und verstellbar.

 

Für unterschiedliche Durchmesserbereiche werden entsprechende unterschiedliche Maschinen eingesetzt.
