Description of 12m2 Disaster Relief Single Tent

One . Main function
Mainly used for resettlement of victims in plain areas. It can accommodate about 5 people temporarily.
Second, the main performance introduction
( 1 ) . The tent is in the form of a double-slope vertical wall. The frame is a plug-in structure with floor rails. It can be used safely under its own weight and 8-level wind. See Figure 1 for an overview of the unfolded state. Bracket structure schematic

( 2 ) . The tent is 4m long, 3m wide, 2.7m high and 1.6m high. The usable area is 12m2.
( 3 ) . The tent surface cloth is coated with 420DPVC coated cloth on one side, which has the properties of tensile strength, tear resistance, aging resistance and rain resistance. Under normal circumstances, it can be used continuously for more than 2 years.
( 4 ) . The tent has a simple structure and is easy to set up and remove. 15min/6 people can complete the erection.

Two . Classification and packaging of tent parts

After all the parts of each tent are classified and packaged, there are 2 pieces in total. Please refer to the packing list for details
E rection
1. Open the single canopy packaging bag and the frame packaging bag, take out the product packaging list and count the quantity of each part.
2. Take 8 universal rods and three groups of end frame tee and middle frame tee that have been pressed and fixed with steel wire rope to form three groups of herringbone frames connected and connected.
3. Take 4 universal rods, end frame tee and middle frame tee to form a frame.
4. Place the canopy on the three sets of herringbone frames and adjust the position.
5. Take 6 vertical poles and insert them into the end frame tee and the middle frame spool respectively, and use 6 people to support the canopy at the same time, and connect it with the ground poles that have been placed.
6. Tighten the straps at all parts, fasten the nylon zippers, and adjust the tent position to connect with the rods of the frame.
7. Drive the triangle pile in the corresponding position on the ground, fix the rope, adjust the tightness, and put the rubber-plastic pile head cover on the end face of the triangle pile.
8. Tidy up the tent and bury it with soil around the tent.
Withdrawal
1. The retraction process of the tent is opposite to that of erection. When retracting, refer to the erection method and steps in reverse order.
2. When folding a single canopy body, fold it according to the size of the canopy body packaging bag and put it into the packaging bag.
3. After checking the tent poles and parts according to the packing list, put them into the tent pole packaging bag in turn.
