In our company have two ways of painted aluminum coils  PVDF  and  PE .

Compared with PVDF, PVDF is mostly used outdoors and has anti-yellow and weather resistance properties. PE is mostly used indoors. for  service life, PVDF is about 13 years. PE about 8 years .

Coloring:  The aluminum coil has a single-sided coloring and double-sided coloring.

Single-sided coloring:  PE single coating 15-18mic, PE double coating 25-28mic, or PVDF double coating 25-28mic

Double-sided coloring: Painted on the front side, painted on one side. Back coloring: 5-10mic. Usually varnish or off-white. Special can do the same color.
