Neutralizing liquid ammonia process
Dilute thermal phosphoric acid with distilled water (water: Phosphoric acid =1.3:1) produces dilute phosphoric acid, which is sent to the first stage of tubular reactor with acid pump for neutralization reaction with ammonia gas. The reaction liquid is pumped into the second stage of tubular reactor for further reaction with ammonia gas, so that the pH value of the reaction liquid reaches about 8.0. The solution is purified and filtered by adding arsenic and heavy metal removal agents to remove impurities such as arsenic and heavy metals. The filtrate is sent to the fine-regulating tank to adjust the pH value to 7.8-8.0, sent to the evaporator to evaporate and concentrate to the relative density of 1.3, sent to the cooling crystallizer, cooled and crystallized, centrifuged to separate the mother liquor, and dried to produce the finished product of dinium phosphate. The equation is as follows: H3PO4+2NH3=(NH4)2HPO4.

Wet phosphoric acid process
The extracted phosphoric acid containing 20%-30%P2O5 and 1.2%-2%F is fed into the reaction unit through the gas purification system. After three stages of ammonification, the impurities form easily filtered precipitate. After impurity removal, the filtrate is saturated with ammonia, and then cooled and crystallized to generate triammonium phosphate. The finished product of diammonium hydrogen phosphate for feed was obtained. The reaction formula is as follows:
H3PO4+2NH3=(NH4)H2PO4; (NH4)2HPO4+NH3·H2O=(NH4)3PO4+H2O; (NH4)3PO4 (NH4)2HPO4+NH3+3H2O.
