Lutein is a natural pigment extracted from marigold, belonging to the  carotenoids group, is one of the main pigments in the macular area of the retina, and is also an indispensable nutrient for human body.
Studies have shown that lutein can absorb blue light, prevent cataracts, macular degeneration and even cancer.In addition, as an antioxidant and photoprotective agent, lutein can promote the regeneration of Rhodopsin in retinal cells, prevent severe myopia and retinal detachment and protect vision.
