1. P roduct   description
SY - 9022 oil drilling defoamer developed for oil production. It is mainly composed of silicone resin, modified polysiloxane and various synergistic agents and emulsifiers with white emulsion produced by special process., It has a good defoaming, inhibit and degassing effect to eliminate stubborn tiny bubbles and have obvious effect in operation. This product has good dispersion performance that can be Well dispersed in the slurry and the mud. This product is acid and alkali resistance, high speed shearing, high temperature resistant, without other side effects for other additives. It is mainly used to restrain the refractory foam caused by various reasons in mud.

4. method   of   application
SY - 9022 Defoamer can be added directly or diluted properly , add some optional bubble point such as mud tank, general added amount of 0.1 to 0.8%, the specific adding point and actual adding amount depend on the field condition and field test result.

Packing: 25kg, 200kg, 1000kg or negotiated packing.
Room temperature, sealed storage, prevent strong light irradiation, product shelf life of 1 year
In the process of transportation and storage frozen, should be naturally thawed and stir evenly before use.
