I,Definition

 1. Condenser is a kind of heat exchanger that condenses steam turbine exhaust into water, also known as rehydrator. Condensers are mainly used in power units of steam turbine , and are divided into water-cooled condensers and air-cooled condensers.

 2. The condenser can not only condense the steam turbine exhaust into water for the boiler to reuse, but also establish and maintain vacuum at the steam turbine exhaust.

II,Classification of Steam Condensation Methods
1.surface
In the surface condenser, the steam separated from the cooling medium is condensed into liquid on the cooling wall (usually metal pipe). The cooling medium can be water or air.

2.mixing
In the hybrid condenser, steam is condensed into liquid when mixed with cooling medium. The condensed steam can be either water vapor or vapor of other substances.

III,How to clean?

 1. Isolate the equipment system, and discharge the water inside the condenser.

 2 .Use high-pressure water to clean the sludge, algae and other impurities in the pipeline, and then close the system.

 3. Install a ball valve between the isolation valve and the exchanger, and both the inlet and outlet should be installed.

 
4. Connect the delivery pump and connecting pipe, so that the cleaning agent is pumped in from the bottom of the condenser and flows out from the top.

5. Start pumping the required cleaning agent into the condenser.

  6. Repeated cleaning to the recommended cleaning time, with the progress of the cycle and the dissolution of sediment, the gas generated during the reaction will also increase, and the excess air should be discharged through the vent valve at any time.

  7. With the discharge of air, the space in the condenser will increase. Appropriate water can be added. Do not inject a large amount of water at the beginning, which may cause water overflow.
